How do I get to speak to a person regarding an issue that isn't listed on the website. I got a phone number but the automated voice just states to go onto the website. It's extremely frustrating and certainly not customer friendly. I'm switching to buying from Amazon from now on.

I assume you are a buyer. As such, you don't need to contact eBay, you just need to follow the procedures outlined in the Money Back Guarantee. Which you agreed you had read when opening your account. Ha ha ha.
