Hi, I have had an issue right from the day I got my item (120 series prado bash plates), and have been communicating with the seller since then, telling them my item is incorrect and does not fit my car, even after taking it to the actual 4x4 accessory shops to fit them and even they have told me that they are wrong. the seller was still insisting that they are the right ones, so as advised by the staff at off the grid 4x4 rockhampton, to ask for instructions and bring it all back in and we will look over it because it is definitely not right. I called them via the phone number on the facebook page and of which they answered, I asked if it was eclipse warehouse (aussie offroad now) and they said yes, and i enquired about getting instructions. The woman I spoke with on the phone said that they were currently busy and they would get back to me but they didn't. I waited about a week and they still didnt get back to me so I tried calling them again many times over a few days and no one would answer. I then sent them an email asking for instructions and that I felt like I was being ignored/avoided. I did get an email back saying that they were not ignoring me and they sent the instructions to my phone via text message which I never recieved. I asked them to send them again and they said they had then mailed them to me, I waited maybe 2 weeks as sometimes mail delivery is slow and again never recieved them. I then tried emailing them again which the email address became invalid and they changed the ebay name from eclipse warehouse to aussie offroad, which was stated in the email delivery failure message I got from ebay. I then contacted them via email again through the contact seller link on the ebay item, saying that I want to sort something out and providing evidence again that it is the wrong part. I also then called the store of which the woman I spoke with said they are happy to give me a refund and provide the freight. They want me start the refund process and I have tried but cant, I think maybe because the seller has to do that? so i have been communicating with them about this and I have also now been asked to open up a dispute? how do I do this to get my refund? thankyou, Travis Roeser
