How to update a neutral feedback?

I left a neutral feedback for a seller who then cancelled my transaction without any comment or explanation - I just got a notification that my transaction had been cancelled and a refund had been processed.

 

This happened almost a month after the initial order and after the seller had contacted me to say that there had been a problem with his supplier but "I now know for 100% they have the Hair Dryer's in and can ship them directly to you " and "I assure you I have made the importance of my clients very clear to the supplier and this will not happen again."

Received message quoted above 11/15

Reponded back asking to go ahead with order and receive item in 10 days 11/15

Sent message to seller as there had been no further communication 11/23

Received message from eBay that order had been cancelled 12/4

 

I'd like to update my feedback to reflect the entire experience
