I would like eBay to step in and assist in resolving an issue with a seller. The problem is that no matter what I do, the system always puts me back to the return tracking display with no optin to ask eBay to step in. I suspect it is because the return is showing as still in progress and thus doesn't give me the option to contact eBay.
The problem is that I believe the seller has given me a dodgy return address and no matter how many time I ask the seller for the correct return address they simple refuse to provide it.
So, how do I get eBay involved?
