I cannot for the life of me find a means to ask eBay to step in to resolve an issue with a seller.

I would like eBay to step in and assist in resolving an issue with a seller. The problem is that no matter what I do, the system always puts me back to the return tracking display with no optin to ask eBay to step in. I suspect it is because the return is showing as still in progress and thus doesn't give me the option to contact eBay.
The problem is that I believe the seller has given me a dodgy return address and no matter how many time I ask the seller for the correct return address they simple refuse to provide it.
So, how do I get eBay involved?

You ring them.....click on Help at the top or bottom of the page then go to "Have Us Call You" (you get a more knowledgeable CS rep that way.
I started a paypal dispute and spoke to someone who opened it for me and they automatically escalated it for me when the seller did not respond.
