A refund will go back to a credit card if that was used with PayPal.

It can take 5-7 days depending on your bank.

If a seller has promised a refund and you don't see any notification of such within 48 hours contact the seller and ask if they have actioned the refund.

If not, then open a case for INR as soon as the system allows you to.
