I have received the wrong product how to call someone to discuss the problem at eBay

You do not need to contact eBay, nor for eBay to contact you

 

 

You need to open and follow through with an item not as described dispute

 

Don't let the seller tell you they will refund you if you close the dispute, or trick you into thinking they will send a replacement. They won't

 

 

The seller you left the neg for has AWFUL feedback, 57 negs in the past year alone and 7 in the past four weeks

 

 

Please check feedback before you buy, you would have instantly seen what a scammer this seller is
