I keep getting an error at the checkout and can't click on the confirm and buy now.

I have 1 item in my cart and when I try to buy it at the checkout it comes up with a error saying to review my cart and it won't let me click on confirm and pay.

Have you tried buying the item NOT using the cart? 

I generally only use it to check seller's statement on combined postage for multiple items is working. 🙂
