I negotiated a price for a motorbike, the seller asked when I wanted to pick it up, I offered to pay a deposit direct into his account but he said he wanted cash on pickup. We initially arranged to pick up the bike on a Saturday but the seller said that we needed a second vehicle as there were some extra's to go with it. We then arranged a mutual day and time and the seller gave me his address to pick it up. I received an e-mail a short while later from the seller saying "sorry, it's sold". He does not return any emails now as I have asked, at this stage nicley, for an explanation. Any idea's what I can do at this stage, I don't care about the bike now but I don't like the way the sale was dealt with, it was almost like first come first served
Thankyou
I assume you had selected the purchase in eBay so it was yours.
Unfortunately some sellers don't read the rules of eBay and treat it similar to the Trading Post of old.
All you can do is leave appropriate feedback.
