I never received the pickup code

What do I do if I sell an item through local pickup, the buyer receives the item, but they don’t provide the pickup code? It’s now been three days, and I’ve asked kindly multiple times but have been ignored. They’re refusing to get back to me.

if it was cash on pick-up, mark as ‘paid, sent’ then move on

Are the two items you've sold  Roblox digitally delivered items that you've listed as pick up only ?
 
If yes, it's  not allowed  and you may  find your  account suspended by eBay

If those are the items in question, 

 

Don’t list stuff you aren’t allowed to sell on eBay 

 

Spamming the buyer won’t help, especially when they know you will be the one in trouble if the eBay bots pick up on it

 

Or if the buyer reports you

If you're listing an item for pick up, the buyer  receives the code, not the seller.

IM SELLING ANITEM BUT I CANT SEE THE CODE NUMBER

If they paid through eBay checkout and don't provide the pick-up code, don't hand over the goods. 

 

You state that the buyer received the goods, so I'm assuming that they paid cash. If this is in fact the case, then the reason for requiring the pick-up code is negated.
