What do I do if I sell an item through local pickup, the buyer receives the item, but they don’t provide the pickup code? It’s now been three days, and I’ve asked kindly multiple times but have been ignored. They’re refusing to get back to me.
If they paid through eBay checkout and don't provide the pick-up code, don't hand over the goods.
You state that the buyer received the goods, so I'm assuming that they paid cash. If this is in fact the case, then the reason for requiring the pick-up code is negated.
