I ordered a pair of LED tail lights. eBay have processed and billed me for three separate orders

I ordered one pair led taillights. Three separate orders have been logged on eBay, although I made only one. How do I get refunded for two of the three orders? It isn't my error. I'm a very experienced ebayer.

Is this from the seller in China who has left you three different feedbacks for the past month? 

And if so, have you communicated with them that you did not order 3 ?

Yes. I've communicated, but the error seems to be with the eBay platform.
