I've sent the seller a question about an overdue item. eBay has opened a displute? Without asking. Now the item has been removed from my Purchase History ? Why ? Now I cannot see the details of my purchase ? Even on the resolution centre pages there is no way to see the transaction details, just a link to a reformatted extract of the listing.
How can I see the details of the purchase now? In particular how do I find the delivery address ?
Any help appreciated.
