Innacurate titles

How come irrelevant or innacurate words are allowed to be added to an item's title? For example, if I search for "ipads" in All Categories with the item location set to Worldwide, the first 15 results are Chinese antiques showing various depictions of sexual intercourse. Similarly a search for cloisonne (a form of enamelling) brings up multiple items that are handpainted and not enamelled. Does no one in Ebay monitor this? What is the point of a title if it doesn't provide a brief and accurate identification of the item? It seems the only thing I can be sure of is that, of the people who read this, more will now look up "ipads" than will search for "cloisonne"!

Ebay do not and cannot monitor the millions of listings on the system. They rely on other members to report keyword spamming or miscategorised items, using the report button on each listing.
