Hi,
Recently I attempted to buy a product however it was cancelled and refunded as the 'last pieces were damaged'. Despite being out of stock, the seller has kept his/her product as available.
I ordered the product again under the impression that the product issue would be sorted as this was a large quantity. However the seller cancelled again, 5 days later for the same reason, wasting my time.
Is it possible to report the aforementioned listing? If so, under what category?

Did you read their feedback before buying (and leaving the neutral and neg) ? I wouldn't have bought from them in the first place, most members here recommend not dealing with high-volume sellers with less than 99.5% feedback.
If you go through "help and contact" at the top of the page there's the facility to report the seller there.
