Hello.
On a few of my packages from Uk, I have received updates that parcels are delivered. They have not been. It seems the auto update marks it as delivered when it reaches the destination country. I am still waiting for delivery on 1 parcel that has been marked as delivered for over 2 weeks. If this ends up in a dispute over non-delivery, I hope this is taken into account!
This is not a 1 off event. Most then update to other status after a few days. This one has not.

You are correct the 'delivered' (for as long as I have known) means it has arrived in the country of destination, rather than the buyer's house
You are the only one who can open a dispute in that regard
Have you tried contacting anyone for an update?
What was the estimated delivery date ?
