seller legitimacy

I have found a seller who is selling 6 MINI LED MOVING STAGE LIGHTS (Auction)

I have noticed the picture and decription is now being repeated with different seller ID'S and the same with location  0 feedback on them bar one which has 17 hidden items.

The buyer is stating PPAL ONLY  ....I have ask the seller over a couple of days questions with no reply.

Some members have bought in these auctions but as yet no feedback. any views to the legitimacy of the seller would be appreciated

It's buyer beware Greg.

Doesn't sound like a genuine seller of quality products to me.

It could be a Chinese opening many ID's to sell items for several manufacturers.

It could also be a scammer. 

I would prefer to find someone with a large store and thousands of feedback, even if I pay a little more.

And if they are not responding to questions, how will they respond if something is wrong with a purchase?
