Item not correctly Advertised

I won an auction for an item that was pick up only, on arrival at collection point what they were putting in my car was not what I had purchased. They removed the items  and looked at me like I should just pay and take, when I pointed out this was nothing like I had purchased he sort of  appoligised, but how do I now cancel this transaction, or do I have to wait for him to do this.

I don't want to leave any negetive feed back or anything but I also don't want to recieve any either

The seller cannot leave negative feedback for you so don't worry on that score.

As you did not pay the seller MAY try to open an Unpaid Item Dispute but all you need to do if that happens is reply to the dispute that the item was not as described.

There is nothing you can do to cancel the transaction....that has to come from the seller.
