Hi - I ordered two items from an overseas supplier and these haven't been received despite interactions with the seller (episodic responses) and Australia Post. When I went to escalate this with eBay, the order and purchase weren't shown in my account despite confirming emails and my bank account being debited. Now when I'm seeking eBay human intervention, I can't go anywhere as actions are triggered by ... the purchase that is meant to be listed in my account. The seller is claiming he's tried to refund but it didn't work - paid via PayPal. Seller doesn't appear to ave sought help from eBay to facilitate a refund.
Any suggestions about how to engage eBay in person would be appreciated.
Did you buy the item more than 2 months ago?
The default view for the purchase history is 60 days, but you can change it in the dropdown menu. Try 2022 from the dropdown menu and you should find it.

I have no knowledge of this transaction…it must be a mistake or fraud…it is most disturbing that someone has hacked into my a/c somehow…an ‘URGENT’ matter to me…I do not feel safe to use my a/c until this matter is resolved…I would appreciate immediate action…I thank you in advance for helping me rectify this situation. Was the $49 for eBay Plus fee?
if you believe someone has hacked your account, have you reported this to your bank? (the first thing you would need to do)
And then contact eBay to report your account has been compromised
Better to start your own thread rather than post off topic on an old thread
But make sure it is not the $49 fee for eBay Plus first
Did you sign up for the free trial and not cancel before the date required?
That amount sounds like a subscription to Smarty Cashback or eBay plus membership.

I'm having the same issue right now. This has not been resolved and I don't know how to contact ebay about this.
Are you saying you have changed the drop down menu in your purchase history, as already advised above?
Or is this from the seller in China who left you feedback?
Were you logged into to your own account when you purchased, or did you buy as a guest?
