Just joined ebay and am considering buying a Microsoft product. I only speak English and unfortunately the seller has not indicated in the product description what language the item has been written in. Clicking on 'Ask a question' promotes an ebay response with pre-selected topics, which does not help me establish the language concern, and by going to the seller ID and selecting 'Contact member' the same page is displayed.
Would anyone have any ideas about how I might resolve this issue as there is no further contact information available?

At the end of the preselected topics there should be the word Other....click on that and it should open a box for you to ask your question.
If that is not showing, see if there are boxes asking if you have your answer or do you still want to contact the seller.
Click on Still want to contact Seller.
