Masks order in February not received, how can I get refund?

I ordered masks and paid on 10th February 2020 paid AU$1066.76. Now is 7th October 2020 still not received the good.

How I I get the refund.

Perhaps ask your credit card provider...if you used one to fund your purchase.

Does anyone ever read the the eBay Money Back Guarantee or look at PayPal Buyer Protection?

It is way too late for any recourse through ebay or paypal.

You need to look to your bank or credit provider if that is how you paid.

Only one reason I can think of to spend over a grand on face masks back in February.....and I suspect a generous attitude wasn't it.

Covid was not even being thought about in Australia in February....I suspect the masks were going to be exported.
