Misleading Descriptions

I tried to report this but couldn't find the right subcatagories. It's listed as excellent condition! but then you read the description and it has a dead pixel line that goes all the way down the phone. I thought it was just part of the case or something but then you read the description and no it actually does have a big line down the phone. Can that really be considered excellent condition?

So on a scale of  1 - 10  (1 being Poor  &  10 being Perfect)  where does the subjective term  excellent sit.

In the eye of the seller it is in exellent condition even with the faults listed and pictured.  While the heading may state excellent condition, it is actually being sold in  Condition: Used   and the seller has disclosed the faults as listed and pictured.

Can that really be considered excellent condition?

Yes. I think the seller is saying  - Apart from the line mentioned, it is in excellent condition.

While it may not be excellent condition in the true sense, anyone who looks at the photos and reads the description will know about the fault.
