No returns policy

Hi there

I purchased what was described as a sterling silver bangle, but it's solid brass with silver tone plate which has worn through so thin the bangle actuallylooks yellow/pale gold-ish and stinks of brass. Want to return it but have noticed the seller has a "no returns accepted" policy on the listing.

So if the seller refuses to accept the return, is it best to go through Ebay or Pal Pal and can I attach photo's with a pay pal resolution?

Firstly contact the seller and see what they'll do to resolve the issue, if no joy with them then go through the eBay Money Back Guarantee (MBG).

If they find in your favour then the seller has to refund shipping bothways.

To add "no returns" only applies to change of mind situations not item not as described.
