Not all items in auction posted by seller

Hi, I won an auction for a Nintendo Switch recently. The listing said it included everything in the picture. I paid and the package arrived from interstate today. Two of the games as well as a controller were missing. I messaged the seller straight away through Ebay but I'm wondering what will happen with this. I've been buying things on Ebay for a very long time and this hasn't happened before.

You have left -FB, and state you want to keep the item as you don't want to muck around with returns.  So what is the point of this thread.

As for warning others of sellers tactics,  the seller has been a member since 2017  and has sold a grand total of 3 item.  I hardly think they have any tactics and are hardly a menace to society.

So long as you are within 30 days of the last ETA of the item you can use the MBG for an INAD dispute.

You can lodge an INAD (item not as described) claim....you can then 1) accept a partial refund for missing items or 2) seller may have packed incorrectly and will send you missing items or 3) they will send you a return shipping label, and refund total.

What is the item number?

For the type of dispute, you’ll need to select Item Not As Described, as padi said. I’ve posted the link above, as well as a screenshot of the options from which you’d choose “Missing parts or pieces.”
