When the buyer submits an offer to the seller and both agree to the terms of the offer, eBay should ensure the conditions are satisfied and the transaction is completed. My recent offer and conditions was accepted by the seller but the conditions were not met by the seller as the item was to include free shipping with the purchase and I was unable to complete the purchase as shipping was being added at checkout. Ebay was of no help as they directed me back to the seller who said to let it lapse and the order will automatically cancel.
Makes me look like I reneged on the deal not the seller.
You did renege
And now want to blame the seller
And cost them a genuine say
When the buyer buys, yes, the should have to pay the whole amount
You are right, eBay won’t do anything about fake bidders
Sellers can block those who not only out themselves as one, but also blame the seller for it
