Dear Sir/Madam
On 1 May 2019 I purchased Giorgio Armani Si 100m. EDP (L) SP Womens Brand New Sealed in Box perfume from <Removed> via Visa through PayPal. Expected delivery 24-27 May.
On 13 May Ebay sends me an email to advise my order is on its way.
On 23 May, Aust Post (AP) advises delivery to ACT today. Tracking No> <Removed>
On 23 May, AP advises item "dropped off: 23-May 17:08 AEST Tracking Number: <Removed>
I was home at that time and no item was delivered to me at that time. I also checked with <Removed> Street and she didn't have my item either.
On24 May, I contacted Aust Post to investigate where my item had been delivered.
On 27 May, I spoke with an officer from AP ref: _00D301GGce._500v2LRXYX:ref
On 28 May, I received an email advising that the matter had been investigated with their driver and he did deliver the item. I could then contact the sender to quote Case <Removed>
I then got an email from Ebay to advise contacting the seller.
The seller responded with an offer of a refund or replacement. I responded with "I still want the item so will be happy with a replacement. Many thanks. Jenni" I was then asked to close this claim to that they can provide a replacement.
On 17 June, I advised seller I still wanted the item. No reply
On 24 June, I contacted seller again to supply the item or, if this was not an option now, a refund of AU$118.99 (which was paid through PayPal) should be forthcoming. No reply.
So now I'm writing to you for assistance please.
