Fellow buyers and sellers have no more way of knowing than you do
If you really, really want to review the item, you will just need to be patient and wait for it to arrive
They are automated emails anyway, eBay do not care if products are reviewed or not
What was the estimated delivery date eBay inserted on the item?
Where was it coming from?
What was the seller's handling time?
Did they seller upload a tracking number?
All those things will give you a rough idea when it *might* arrive
