How can I contact eBay? a seller hasn’t posted my item. I’m sure they are a fake and ripping me off

Before you jump to conclusions, which you seem to have done already, some sellers don't mark it as posted even if they have sent it.

If you are so concerned, contact the seller and simply ask them if the item has been posted yet.
