I did a buy it now over 3 days ago on a large local pickup only item. I have had no contact from the seller (a 0 feedback seller...) or replies to multiple messages sent. How do I initiate a request for refund from ebay?
Best to pay cash at pick up so you can inspect items before paying, but since you have already paid, maybe your seller has been away for the weekend. Not everyone is on their phone or computer all the time.
Someone should be along shortly to give you some advice as I have never paid before pickup so I am not sure if the procedure is exactly the same as posted items.
