I just had the same problem. Hoping it's the case that it's been delivered to a mail centrefor onward delivery. As well as saying it's been delivered I got an email from the Royal Mail asking how satisfied out was with the delivery which is still in the UK.
You can't do tracking or ask any questions with the chatbot as it won't accept a postcode that is Australian
Same problem in being?
Why do you need to ask the chat bot?
you have the tracking, use it , you say it is still in the UK so you know where it is, what does the rest of the tracking say?
What is the estimated delivery date to you here in Australia?
