Open chat line with eBay Australia

I am trying very unsuccessfully, to open a chat line with eBay Australia, to discuss a very detailed email that I sent yesterday, objecting to a decision by eBay to close an appeal made by myself to the seller to exchange a pair of Military Pants for a size smaller. I need urgent assistance with this matter.

Don't know why it would take a detailed email.  In any event wrong process.

Were you sent what you bought,  if so, unless your seller offers refunds for change of mind, then you do not have a leg to stand on, as sellers are not required to offer exchanges.

If the seller does accept COM  returns,  then you would be responsible for all postage  charges.

What a load of bull**bleep**. I never received any response to any of my emails to the seller or eBay, from my communication to the seller on the actual date of delivery. I was forwarded a useless shipping label, which I attached to the parcel, which I then dropped off at the local eBay returned item pick up point, where it was subsequently refused by the courier. It has been a farce from the beginning, especially with the seller’s lack of both understanding and response to my many messages about this matter. My recent very detailed email to eBay was to highlight and prove the many attempts made to exchange these pants for a size smaller. Even then, several communications from myself were omitted. These pants are still sitting in my office with the useless shipping label attached. Get real and take the time to read ALL of these messages and emails properly!!🤬

You've already been told that emailing eBay is a complete waste of time, so why bother doing it.

You have not sent other members any emails (nor are you suppose to)

eBay email is bot automated. They will NOT be read by a human

Learn how the site works instead of blaming everyone else 

Or sell the pants yourself and buy the right ones next time

You posted one question, to which you were given a valid answer, the fact you have no idea what you are doing is not my problem. As for the bull bleep, you can shove it where it belongs and it is going to make your angry emoji a lovely shade of deep purple, pop!!. Have fun staring at your unreturned item and wondering where it all went wrong.
