Removing a negative I left

I left a neg for a seller, but the item has since arrived. I asked them to send me a form to change to a + but now they want to refund me. I said I got the item and dont want a refund....Do I have to get a refund to change feedback?

No.

The seller can send you a feedback revision request.

The fact that they are offering to refund suggests they haven't understood your request, and that their first language is Mandarin or Cantonese.

You gave them the opportunity - if they don't respond, forget them and move on. Personally, I would never accept a refund for something I already had

They sent the revision form but the confirm revisions tab is greyed out and wont function.
