Well, I've received 2 e-mails from e-bay saying I have "Community Answers Waiting" but cannot find my original query anywhere (despite cutting and pasting the link sent in the e-mail) in order to add a thank you note to those who responded.
I asked why some sellers either hold back feedback until the buyer has left their feedback - or leave no feedback at all for the buyer, despite prompt payment.
Anyway, I DID read all the answers (couldn't find a 'response/reply/comment' button to add further thoughts) so thank you all for your input.
