Won't allow return after description was a lie etc?

I purchased an item. It was for over $200.
The description was a lie. The questions which I asked were a lie and now the seller says  "sorry but on my add it states "No Returns Accepted".

I have a case open in Pay Pal.
So is this how it's done nowadays?

What do you think I should do about this so called deceiving person?

As you have opened a dispute and the seller is not helping then escalate to a claim.

Paypal will look at you messages in the dispute as to why you claim the item is not as described so hopefully you put in details what was wrong.

They will compare this to the listing description (which is very little) and then if they decide in your favor they will give you the address to return the item to via registered post as your cost.

When you post it make sure you fill out the form for registered postage (even if the PO staff say you do not need it) and make sure it is stamped with their stamp on it.(This might be needed as proof of postage if asked to fax it.)

Make sure that is scanned on lodgement so it can be seen on the AP tracking site.

Once posted call paypal and tell them it is posted and tell them the tracking number.

Keep an eye on the AP tracking site

http://auspost.com.au/track/

And as soon as you can see it has been delivered call paypal and tell them in case the seller does not notify them it has been returned.

Then leave them the feedback you deem is best left for the transaction.
