In July 2013 I purchased a ZAGG iPad Mini 7" keyboard listed on eBay by an Australia company. In December 2013 the keyboard stopped working and was sent back to the original seller who has now replaced it with a 9" keyboard which obviously is of no use whatsoever as it is too big for the iPad. The seller is now asking that I again pay the postage for returning this incorrect item (their error). I paid registered mail for the original item to be returned to the seller and now they want me to do the same agan. They are also stating that it is up to ZAGG to do the refund and only if they are satisfied that the item is unused and in original condition. Is this standard practice? I understood that the purchase agreement was between myself and the Australian seller not ZAGG.
Thanks
