Refunds, who's really paying for it.

Now, if I sell a tracked item and it gets lost.

Does that mean it's my problem and have to pay for the lost item.

Selling online? It's the same everywhere.

 

How many tracked parcels have you had go missing?

 

Are you overthinking things? I've sent in excess of 4000 parcels in 16 years and only ever had 2 go astray.
