I bought an item but the seller said it was out of stock.
I asked the seller to cancel the transaction which he agreed to and promptly did so.
We went through the ebay request to cancel and it went through fine.
NOW ebay has it still showing on my member summary page as an unpaid item. I constantly get harassed by ebay to pay for the item.
I have tried to use the ebay contact us' feature that just gives me the run around. I am unable to contact anyone as it says that there are no issues relating to the item in question. HUH? I cannot even ask a general question to bring this matter up with anyone at ebay!
Has anyone else had or is experiencing this problem?
