I bought 5 items off a seller and when I got the invoice he had added an extra $25 charge with no explanation. Plus I had already asked him about the difference in charges between the same items that were auction and buy now and he said he would fix that at checkout and he hasn't. I have emailed him twice and got no response and I don't know what to do now.

If there was an error or a discrepancy in the postage on the listings, you never should have purchased until the error was corrected. Perhaps the postage was higher on one item to make up for a lower price? All you can do is not pay, and if the seller issues strikes, appeal to ebay to have them removed on the grounds that extra charges were added at checkout.
