Seller from hell. How do I deal with him/her?

I purchased item on 29 of April, seller marked it posted on the following day.

4 days later nothing turn up.

Sent e-mail to seller and got told to wait for 4 weeks, becuase AUS post may delay. ( by the way, dispatch address and delivery address aree in same town. It should not be more than 3 days)

10 days later nothing arreived so I opened the case with Paypal.

Now its getting nasty, seller never response to Paypal case but sent me an e-mail to take legal action and get me to the court.

Seller claimed that seller has record of me doing this regularly.

Thing is though, this is the first time I purcahse from this seller.

What do you guys think?

Escalate the dipsute as soon as you can and leave neg feedback to warn others.

When leaving the feedback keep it factual and do not give any excuse for the seller to get it removed.

If it is removed then call ebay and tell then to view the messages from the seller and to reinstate the feedback.

If they continue with threats via ebay messages there is a report this message button at the top of the message, click on that and report then as they send them.
