I purchased a phone charm on Ebay three weeks ago, from the UK, but it still has not arrived. I contact the seller who has sent me proof (reciept) of postage, but I still do not have my phone charm. Aside from just waiting, what can if it does not turn up, please? I feel bad asking of a refund from PP, but what else can I do if it doesn't arrive?
Three weeks fro the UK is not too long. I would wait a while longer before doing anything, especially as the seller has sent you proof of posting.
Is there a tracking number?
Have you checked whether it is at your local post office waiting to be picked up?
