Seller opened "unpaid item case" for two items I want to buy. But all my payment attempts failed ?

I had error messages.

Seller either

      - Doesn't want to ship items to my address in Australia or,

      - Doesn't want to combine items for shipment.

On ebay first time I am having this kind of problem.  I genuinely want to buy these items.  What sould I do?  Please help me.
