Hi, kinda confused about this so I’m trying to get some clarification!
I bought a couple single pokemon cards from a seller a few days back, and I today I’ve received notifications that they’ve sent it via untracked mail but that they also sent a partial refund for not even half the amount I paid? I’m looking at what to do next as I’m unsure if I should see if the cards actually arrive or attempt getting a full refund.
Have you asked the seller?
Other members can only guess really
Is it possible they sent you a partial refund because they made an overcharge on postage?
Do you have reason at this time to think you will be entitled to a full refund?
But yes, you would have to wait to see if they arrive (at all) and if so that they are what you ordered, in the condition they were described
what is the item number?
What does it say in the seller's comments (Note to buyer)? This is where the seller will advise you why they've processed the refund.
My personal experience indicates that the vast majority of buyers just don't bother reading the note.
It's actually rather irritating when a buyer sends a message asking what the refund is for, after they've already been informed - especially when they add some aggression or abuse - although it is a sure fire way to weed out some who are worthy of joining the list 😂
