Seller will not respond to my messages. I have returned two items that did not work well. I have checked with Australia Post and they got the items. How do I get the seller to respond and refund my money?
Well if you did everything through a return case, you will be automatically refunded if seller doesn't respond to the case.
If you didn't, then open a case now and upload the tracking for the returns.
Sounds like you have not opened an eBay case.
How about providing full details... including dates.
you follow the proper procedure ?

Did the seller tell you to return the items?
Or did you just return them when you found they did not work?
Did you open an item not as described dispute at any point?
IF so, did the seller tell you to close the dispute before they would help you?
