If the items and the seller have been removedby ebay then you need to open a dispute for Item Not Received as it is not an automatic process.
I would suggest you leave it a few days before opening the dispute just in case the seller has already sent it....a week is not very long for it to arrive, particularly if it is an overseas transaction.
