Tracking marked delivered but have not received

Hi there, I bought an item and it has been shipped via the global shipping program, this is my first time getting an item via the program so bear with me please. The item is being shipped from the UK to Australia. The seller provided me with tracking details and it says that was delivered, but I didn't recieve any item, the tracking doesn't mention it has left the UK so has the item been delivered to one of the program's shipping depots? If so, how does the depot know to ship the item to my home address if was delivered to the depot?

If the GSP UK works the same as the US version, then Pitney Bowes should update the parcel with a new tracking number once it leaves the UK.

Your home address will be on the parcel that the seller sent to the UK GSP depot.

The UK GSP seems to be less troublesome than the US one, so hopefully your item wont go on a scenic world tour before it reaches you.
