Am having a problem with sending a question (as a buyer) and a message (as a seller) on ebay. It must be my computer but if someone could tell me how to fix this I would be grateful. The box comes up but I can't put a question or message in - it only shows my user name. Very frustrating both as a seller and buyer. Hope you can help. Thanks.
