I recently purchased a wall art that I'm really happy with. But the seller took 2 weeks to post it which i found annoying and frustrating.
I'm a member of Ebay Plus, as is the seller, and as I've elected to pay a fee - I expect to receive my purchases in a timely manner.
Does this entail leaving a maybe neutral feedback? I hate leaving neg fb but don't feel comfortable leaving positive either in this case.
Love the purchase v very slow to send..
To add to all of what has been said, what does the tracking show when you look at it?
Did the item come directly to you,or did it take the Australia Post scenic route? (especially if it got caught up in the black hole of Sunshine West and/or Chullora)
