What is it with Ebay automatic response for every damned click you do triggers Pay Guard?

I've been with Ebay for more than 20 years Now it seems every mouse click you do, regardless of whether what you're clicking on is purchase related, opens PayGuard and you waste time and effort getting rid of it to progress to what you want to do.

My security system (Trend Micro) offered me Pay Guard so as far as I know, Pay Guard is not a function of ebay. Suggest checking the options in your security service.
NB before adding any extras offered by a security service always a good idea to research any potential problems.
