The matter I am concerned with this transaction Request number 5110799498 on the 24/6/ 2016 I purchased 2 of these items for the price of $13.38 the items did not arrived , I could not contact the seller for some reason , I then noticed that the price of the same item was $10.49 Each. Ebay got involved and I was refunded $6.69 the price of 1 of these items ,I am still waiting for the balance of my refund but you are say that this case is closed , also Ebay wont let me leave any feed back for this seller . PLEASE FIX this Matter
