Why is delivery time so long between China and Australia (usually 25 to 30 days?

Ive posted items back from Hong Kong to Australia,and Europe Service was excellent, better than Auspost and delivery time 10,14 day max

yet when I purchase from "top Rated Chinese Sellers (?) its normal to expect 25 to 30 days? delivery to Australia

....and if it arrives broken Is one to assume its ok to wait 90 days for turn around,replacement????

I tracked a product from China to Australia and when in China the tracked item ended up in the same place 5 times before leaving China.
